This website is operated by TellMeWhatYouDrink LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer toTellMeWhatYouDrink LLC. TellMeWhatYouDrink LLC offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. 

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. 

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service. 

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. 

Privacy Policy 

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to: 
- Communicate with you; 
- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and 
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services. 

We will only use customer’s personal data for the sole purpose of fulfilling a customers’ order or servicing a customer's event. This information will be held confidential and will only be shared with third parties including shipping carriers and payment processors.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns). 

Booking Policy

All packages booked include a 4 to 6 hour duration time. You will be provided a quote based on what beverage items (spirits, beer, wine, cups, ice, garnish, stirrers) you want included with your package. Events in which spirits, beer and/or wine is included, the quote is based on a 3 drink per guest basis. All details of event and suggestions are to be discussed prior to quote being provided. If any changes are requested, it may result in additional charges and or modifications to accommodate requests.

Deposit - 50% none refundable  retainer is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance will be due one week before the event date. The retainer must be paid within 48 hours otherwise you may risk availability for the date selected. The remaining balance will be due one week before the event date. The balance must be paid no later than the due date or you risk your event being canceled.

A 10% rush fee will be applied for any events booked within 7 days of the event date.

Overtime - There will be an overtime charge of $75 per hour for any extended time needed to cover the bar than we previously discussed in your quoted price. 

Last call at the bar will be called 45 minutes before the event ends. We will cut off serving drinks 30 minutes before your event ends to begin breaking down the bar.

Cancellation Policy

All retainer fees are non-refundable. Cancellation of this event which is received in writing more than 21 days prior to the event will result in a refund of any monies paid less the retainer fee. Cancellation of Services received less than 21 days prior obligate client to make the full remaining payment of the total fees agreed upon. If cancellation is initiated by TellMeWhatYouDrink LLC all monies paid from the clients shall be fully refunded INCLUDING all retainer fees.

For all merchandise in our store, cancellation must be initiated within 24hrs.

Shipping Policy 

All online store orders will be processed and shipped  via USPS within 5-7 business days of your order being received. This excludes weekends and holidays.

Refund Policy

All sales are final.  Items damaged during transit will be eligible for exchange or a refund.

Refunds and Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving your purchase at contact@tellmewhatyoudrink.com to alert us of the damage. The damaged item will need to be returned to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund.
